This treatment can be done with a hyaluronic acid serum to deliver deep hydration or with PRFM. The platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM) method is a unique process of extracting platelets from a patient’s own blood and then delivering it back into the skin through Microneedling. PRFM (also known as Plasma Face Lift) is an enhanced version of PRP (Vampire Facial) believed to have superior quality in helping wound healing. Microneedling alone will increase collagen, but in combination with your own growth factors in higher concentrations (PRFM), we can induce extra collagen, new cells and elastin fibers, which creates an overall improvement in skin hydration, tone, and texture. Pre-Care Instructions
● Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, or spray tans 2 weeks before treatment.
● Discontinue the use of retinol, all BHA and AHA’s (salicylic acid, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, etc.) and Vitamin C 7 days before treatment.
● No waxing, threading, or any form of hair removal 7 days before treatment.
● No use of aspirin, ibuprofen, or any anti-inflammatory or blood thinning medications 7 days before treatment.
● SPF is always required.
Post-Care Instructions
